CFCBR Weightlifting Club.
Specific Olympic Weightlifting training for those who love to lift or aspire to compete in local, national or international competitions.
This is a smaller group session of 10 athletes to ensure more specific coaching on these technical lifts. You do not need to be a current CFCBR member to be involved in the CFCBR Weightlifting Club.

Put simply we want our members to “go all in” on a Friday. Push themselves, test their limits, and learn new skills.
These sessions focus on a specific system of training. Designed to take your training to the next level; such as weightlifting, conditioning, or gymnastics - followed by the programmed workout of the day.
