You may be thinking "hang on, what do I need PTs for if i do classes?" Let me explain the difference between Classes and PTs
In a class, the program is designed to cover various exercises and energy systems for general health and well-being. It is a group training environment with expert coaching in which the social aspect plays as much part as the physical.
In a PT, it's all about you for that whole hour. What do you want to work on? What do you want to improve? What do you want to learn? If you would like to get better at a SPECIFIC aspect of your fitness, another avenue to explore is personal training.
A perfect example of this is our Weightlifting Induction we hold for members several weeks after joining the gym. What we can cover technique-wise in a 2 x 60 min one-on-one session can help you progress through movements and expose you to a whole new challenge within your training. This is an important step in everyone's training journey. In general, even as much as one PT a week can help build upon the potential of what you can achieve.
