Updated: May 24
Following the announcement from the ACT government on the easing of physical distancing restrictions we are excited to announce that we will be offering outdoor CrossFit Classes from this Monday the 11th of May!
More information on the current restrictions in the ACT is available here
What will the class schedule look like?
We are always aiming to provide the best services we can to all of our members. We know the zoom classes have been great for everyone so we will continue to provide online zoom classes as well as outdoor CrossFit classes. The schedule will be as follows:
Zoom classes at 5:30am and 6pm
Outdoor CrossFit classes at 6:30am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm and 4:30pm
The MINDBODY schedule will reflect this so be sure to book! This is our initial timetable and we have added an extra class to increase capacity. If we find that members are struggling to get into a class we have the flexibility to adjust the timetable. So please if you have feedback as we move through this process let us know!
What health and safety measures are in place?
There will be a sanitation station for all members to use prior to training.
All equipment will be disinfected between classes
There will be no sharing of equipment
Everyone will be spaced out so that they are 1.5m apart and have 4 square metres or more at all times.
All classes must be booked in advance so that we can control the number of people in classes
If you are not booked in, you will not train.
Most importantly if you are showing any symptoms of being or have recently traveled, do not come to the class!
What does this mean for my equipment at home?
In the immediate future, all members that have equipment at home are able to keep it at home so that they can continue to participate in zoom classes. Stay tuned for how we will recall the equipment in the coming weeks.
Book into a class on MINDBODY and we get to see and train together in the flesh! (appropriately distanced of course) We are so excited and can not wait for Monday! As always if you have any questions or feedback please get in contact with us via email firstname.lastname@example.org
