Welcome to our first of many "Meet Our Members". Our first member we would love to introduce you to is Cynthia.
In January 2014, Cynthia joined the CrossFit Canberra community, to "see what all the fuss was about", and hasn't looked back!

Before Cynthia found CrossFit Canberra she "did the Les Mills group classes at the gym". You would usually find her in "grit strength and body pump.. I went 6 times a week". Since joining CrossFit Canberra, Cynthia is the fittest she has ever been in her life and has found CrossFit to be addictive. You'll find Cynthia up with the early birds at 5:30am some days and then throwing down with the 6pm crew on others.
Cynthia loves that CrossFit Canberra has a small group approach to fitness, she never has more than 11 other people in her sessions and has a coach at the ready to show her how to improve her technique.
Cynthia is approaching her 4 year anniversary with CrossFit Canberra this coming January. She loves that all the coaches at CFCBR love helping everyone achieve their goals:"The coaches are great! Full of knowledge and always there to assist you and push your limits"
During her time at CrossFit Canberra she has increased her strength and conditioning , she"can now squat over 100kg, and is able to do muscle ups, double unders and no longer hates burpees".
We cannot wait to see what goals Cynthia smashes in 2018!
