Pat has always had a passion for health and fitness. As an active child he was involved in a number of sporting teams and clubs throughout his schooling years. 

Upon leaving school Pat joined Australian Army where he saw operational deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as an exchange posting to the British Army.

After an extensive career within the Australian Army, Pat decided to pursue his passion for health and fitness as a profession. Pat delved head first into the fitness industry, learning as much as he could to bring a new level of quality in coaching to the Canberra region that he now calls home.

Along the way, Pat founded CrossFit Canberra and Pure Performance PT to introduce functional fitness into the lives of everyday people. Having enjoyed seeing the impact that regular group-based exercise had on his clients, the next natural progression for Pat was to begin working with clients one-on-one to allow for greater targeting of specific health and fitness goals that his clients wished to achieve.
